Bee Pollen is excellent for airborne allergies, runny eyes, immune system, combats fatigue and helps build resisitance to stress. Bee Pollen is incredibly concentrated with plant nutrients, these phytonutrients number in the thousands and include bioactive compounds like bioflavonoids, organic esters and carotenoids. These nutrients fall into the category of Polyphenols and they often function as antioxidants. Bee Pollen also contains enzymes, phytosterols, free amino acids, fatty acids (with a good proportion of Omegs 3 and 6 fatty acids), naturally chelated minerals and whole vitamin complexes.
