We are happy to accept returns of regular priced merchandise for ANY reason as long as the merchandise is in original, undamaged and unused condition, with its original tags and packaging. Products may be returned for refund or exchange up to 30 days of from the date at which the order was received.
Returns can be made at any of our retail locations or through the mail as long as they meet all criteria stated in our Online Return Policy.
*All items are subject to inspection and approval before a refund or exchange will be granted.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on feed, supplements or dewormer.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on helmets or safety equipment.
Sale priced items may be returned for exchange within 15 days of receipt.
Returns by mail:
Please return shipments via insured mail as we cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is deemed to be defective or we have made an error with your shipment. We are unable to accept any collect returns.
If an item is deemed ineligible for a return or exchange upon inspection after arriving to us you will have to pay shipping to have the item returned to you.
Please include a copy of the original email order to help us expedite your refund. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receipt.
Returns will be made to the original form of payment. We are unable to put mail returns onto store gift certificates at this time.

Returns in store:
Please bring the merchandise back to one of our retail locations along with a copy of the email order for ease of return. If you do not have a copy of the email order we will still be able to process the return, it will just take a little extra time for us to find your order.
